The firm’s roster of consultants includes individuals who have spearheaded efforts to improve the efficiency of the federal courts in the United States.
These efforts have cut across the appellate, district, and bankruptcy courts, as well as probation and pre-trial services. They have resulted in the identification of more than 600 ways to improve the functioning of the federal judiciary through better use of existing staff resources.

In the international sphere, we worked with judges in Romania to streamline the processing of insolvency cases by developing standardized procedures and forms. In Bosnia, we worked with the courts, banks, credit reporting institutions and utility companies to reduce the enormous backlog of pending cases in the courts. We also worked with the courts in Bosnia to identify duplicate commercial claims and to develop innovative ways to speed up the processing of such cases in the future. |
