This organization has as its mission the promotion of professional court administration and management in emerging democracies and other countries pursuing the rule of law. It sponsors international conferences, forums and education and training programs on court administration and management and serves as a resource for judges, court administrators and managers, and other government officials in evaluation and improvement of court and justice systems.
This organization serves the professional needs of bankruptcy court clerks and deputy clerks, with associate memberships available to judges, other federal, state and local government employees and the private sector. It has as its goals the professional improvement of its members and the continued improvement of the federal judiciary and bankruptcy system of the U.S. It tracks legislative efforts that affect bankruptcy courts and monitors issues that affect the work of the courts.
The purpose of this association is to promote the professionalism and integrity of the federal judiciary. It strives to increase the proficiency of court employees, support the independence of the judiciary and foster cooperation between courts and the community. It also serves as an intermediary between the clerks, the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, the Federal Judicial Center and the Judicial Conference of the United States Courts.
